Services
Initial phone call - approximately 15 minutes (for which there is no charge) during which I invite you to tell me a bit more about yourself and what is going on for you, we discuss when and how we might arrange to meet and you can ask me any questions that you have.
Assessment session - following that, if we decide to go ahead, we will have a 50 minute assessment session where I find out more facts about you, your background and current situation and again you can ask me anything you want to know. We will then agree on a weekly day and time to meet for 50 minutes to begin your counselling.
Weekly counselling - the day and time of our weekly counselling sessions will be agreed on at the assessment.

I also have a limited number of places operating on a low-cost fee, offered according to income.
